Zinka and Pat got married in July 2021 on a beautiful, warm day! Their wedding took place at 28 Event Space in downtown Kansas City. Their decor and accents included lots of fun greens (which is one of my favorite colors to photograph!).

The bridal party wore a classic red/black combo which matched perfectly with the florals and detail accents! To start off the day, Pat and Zinka shared an emotional first look right outside the front of the venue. I definitely cried too!

We took the 28 Event Space bus down to the Kauffman Performing Arts center to capture some fun bridal party photos & to this day I’m still obsessed with how all of the colors came together! Afterwards we headed back to the venue to get even more bridal party & couple’s photos. Is this not the most photogenic group of people you’ve ever seen?!

Their ceremony took place inside the venue complete with string lights and floating lantern lights. It was at this moment in the day when I found out that Zinka’s family is croatian! They did a special pinning on each guest that came in before the ceremony, which is a wedding tradition in Croatia. Their reception was filled with delicious Croatian desserts and the best traditional dancing you’ve ever seen in your LIFE! My favorite moment was during the reception when Pat pulled out 2 shots from under Zinka’s dress rather than her garter. 😉

These 2 were just so fun to celebrate with and this wedding has gone down as one of the most memorable in my career. Congratulations to the Lewandowski’s and happy 2.5 years anniversary!
